despre vointa politica :-(|)

Incerc sa inteleg ce inseamna "vointa politica".

Political will can be defined as the combination of three factors: opinion plus
intensity plus salience.
Craig Charney, "POLITICAL WILL: What is it? How is it Measured?" May 2009.

The concept of political will can be applied to any contexts where actors in a
political environment vary in their commitment and ability to attain a particular objective.
Roger R. Betancourt and Jorge A. Sanguinetty,  "Is There Political Will towards Democratization in Cuba?", July 2008.

Asadar, intr-un mod cumva subiectiv, vointa politica trebuie sa intruneasca 3 factori:
  • opinia (convingerea, constientizarea a ceea ce trebuie de facut);
  • intensitatea [dorintei] (zelul, râvna);
  • accentuarea [continua] (neabandonarea, neuitarea convingerii);
Toate trei obligatoriu implica prezenta actorilor (politicienilor) cu un scop unic, la scara mare - un ideal.

NB:
For a recent example of "political will" in regard to a similar situation, see Greece. The measures demanded by the European Central Bank were highly unpopular—the prospect of them led to extensive strikes and riots in the streets, of a type that has not been seen in U.S. politics in about 75 years. Parliament passed them anyway. I don't know whether the governing Socialist Party only did so with support from the opposition parties or not. Only time will tell what will happen to the members of parliament who voted "yes," or whether individual Socialists who voted "no" will be re-elected despite support of the measures by the Prime Minister, the Cabinet, and a majority of Socialist members of parliament.

Political theorists who believe that elected officials should faithfully represent the opinions and views of their constituents would probably use a different term for "political will"—something like "betrayal."
